These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of customfoodwrap.com and to every quote and order placed with CustomFoodWrap. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the details you provide, including paper type, size, quantity and print colors. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If your requirements change, we will send an updated quote.
2. Orders and Proofs
Before printing, we send a digital proof for your approval. Please check it carefully, including spelling, colors, sizes and logo placement. Once you approve the proof, your order goes into production exactly as shown, and you are responsible for any errors in the approved proof.
3. Artwork and Intellectual Property
By sending us artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. You grant us permission to use your artwork only to produce your order. We may refuse to print any design that we believe infringes someone else’s rights or is unlawful or offensive.
4. Color and Print Variation
Colors can look different on screens than on printed paper, and small variations between print runs and paper stocks are normal. We match colors as closely as possible, but these minor differences are not considered defects.
5. Quantities
Due to the nature of printing and cutting, delivered quantities may vary slightly from the quantity ordered. Any significant shortfall will be corrected or credited.
6. Payment
Payment is due before production begins unless we have agreed to other terms in writing. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom printed, returns are limited. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
9. Product Use
Our food papers are made for direct food contact when used as intended. Wax paper is not oven-safe. Please follow the product guidance on our website and contact us if you are unsure which paper suits your use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business interruption.
11. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images and graphics, belongs to CustomFoodWrap unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its operation.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CustomFoodWrap is registered.
