Every order is printed specifically for your business, so we can’t resell it. That’s why we check every job carefully, and why we make it right if something goes wrong on our side.
1. Custom Printed Products
Because our products are made to order with your artwork, they cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, incorrect ordering or no longer being needed. If there is a problem caused by us, we will reprint your order, issue a credit or refund you.
2. When We Will Reprint or Refund
- The printed product clearly differs from the proof you approved.
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product, size or paper stock.
- Your order is significantly short of the quantity ordered.
3. What Is Not Covered
- Errors in spelling, layout or colors that were present in the approved proof.
- Minor color variation between screens, proofs and printed paper.
- Small quantity variations that are normal in printing and cutting.
- Damage caused by improper storage or use after delivery.
4. How to Report a Problem
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos of the affected products and packaging. Please keep the products until we have reviewed your claim.
5. How We Resolve It
After reviewing your claim, we will offer a reprint, a store credit or a refund, depending on the issue. In most cases we prioritize a fast reprint so your business isn’t left without paper.
6. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you approve the proof. Once the proof is approved and production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.
7. Samples
Printed samples are made to help you decide before ordering and are not eligible for return or refund.
8. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
