Can I get a sample before the full order?
Yes. We can print a sample sheet with your design so you can check color and feel first.
What file should I send for my logo?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) work best. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too, and our designers can redraw simple logos.
Can I print a different design on each side?
Most wax paper is printed on one side, since the other side touches food. Tell us your idea and we'll suggest an option.
How are the sheets packed?
Sheets are stacked flat and packed in cartons, so they are easy to store and grab during service.
When will my order ship?
Production starts once you approve the digital proof. Your quote includes a delivery estimate for your location.
